Conditions of Hire:

Full payment must be made before booking date & time is finalised. If we are not able to provide a teacher for your booked time you may receive a refund for that training session or the equivalent amount off your next booking.
Only our qualified teachers may teach swimmers (no exceptions!).
Smoking (including vaping) & illegal drugs must never be used near or around our staff.
All animals including harmless pets must be kept away from our staff (as some of our staff are allergic to different animals).
Keeping a safe distance from swimmers is essential. There must be enough space between swimmers & objects in the pool to avoid any injuries.

Payment:

Fees can be paid by Paypal or directly into our bank account.

Storm Policy:

If our coaches think there is a threat of danger due to a storm they are required to cancel the lesson. The teacher & client must leave the pool (indoor or out), and seek dry shelter. Do not use bathrooms when there is a storm.
